Using our service

You may only upload photos you hold the rights to, and only of pets. Explicit, adult, or graphic content is not allowed and is blocked automatically.

Orders & payment

Payment is handled securely by Stripe, and your order is confirmed by email. Shipping costs for physical products are shown before you pay and charged once per order. A digital download has no shipping costs.

Your right to cancel

EU law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases without giving a reason. Two exceptions apply to what we sell, and we would rather you know them before you pay than after.

Personalised products. The puzzle and the poster are made from the portrait generated from your own photo. Goods that are clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(c)), because nobody else can be sold a portrait of your pet.

Digital files. The download is excluded once you have asked for it immediately and confirmed that you give up the 14-day period. That is the tick box at checkout. Without it we cannot deliver the file straight away. We record when you gave that confirmation and repeat it in your delivery email.

Changed your mind? Email info@furforever.nl as soon as you can. If your order has not reached the printer yet, we will usually still cancel it and refund you. That is goodwill rather than a right, so please do not count on it.

Refunds, damage and defects

Giving up the right to cancel does not touch your other rights. If we cannot produce your order, you are refunded in full. If your parcel arrives damaged, or the product is faulty or not what we promised, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. A digital file that is corrupted or not the file you bought is covered in the same way. A photo of the problem helps us settle it quickly.
