Who is responsible for your data
Fur Forever is part of PRSM V.O.F., the business you buy from and the maker of what we ship to you.
PRSM V.O.F. decides what happens with your data and is the controller under the GDPR.

What data we collect
The pet photo you upload, your name, email address and, for physical products, your shipping address. Payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. To keep the free generation limit fair we also set an anonymous cookie and store your IP address only as an irreversible hash, never in readable form. To see how our site is used we count visits with a random session code that lives in your browser tab only and disappears when you close it. It holds no name, email address or IP address and uses no cookie. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) also receives your visits and purchases so we can measure our ads.
How we use your data
To check your photo against our content rules, generate your portrait, take payment, and produce and ship your order. After your order has arrived we email you once to ask whether you would like to write a review. Nothing more. We never sell your data and we do not build profiles. Visit counts are used only to improve the site. With your consent, Meta receives visit and purchase data to measure our advertising. You can withdraw that consent at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to deliver your order: OpenAI (generating the portrait and checking the photo), Stripe (payment), Cloudprinter (printing and shipping physical products), Resend (order emails) and Google Sheets (our order administration). The review invitation is a plain link to Trustpilot: Trustpilot only receives data if you choose to write a review there, under its own privacy policy. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta also receives your visits and, after a purchase, a hashed email address and the order value. Each processes your data on our instructions only.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours. Watermarked previews and portraits with no order behind them are deleted after 90 days. The portrait belonging to a paid order is kept for 24 months, for as long as the statutory warranty runs. Your phone number is erased 90 days after your order, once delivery is settled. Content-check logs are kept for 90 days. Anonymous visit counts are kept for 14 months. Your data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Ireland).
Your rights and contact
Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, and you may object to its use. Email info@furforever.nl and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
